Position: Country Director

Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Principle Objective: Serve as AMIDEAST's senior representative in Riyadh, fostering positive relationships with key clients, partners, and donors; and overseeing the delivery of all AMIDEAST programs and services in Saudi Arabia to ensure consistency and quality. The incumbent will be responsible for all managing all aspects of start-up operations for AMIDEAST in Saudi Arabia, setting the direction for program growth and sustainability.

Requirements include:

* 5-10 years of management experience preferably in the Middle East/North Africa
* Strong business development skills and experience in marketing educational and professional development training programs and services
* Demonstrated entrepreneurial skills
* Knowledge of US higher education system
* Work experience in the MENA region
* Project design and proposal development experience
